Before making a reservation with us, we strongly encourage you to read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. These constitute a contractual agreement between Tripora Travels and the client from the moment a booking is made. The individual completing the booking is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all participants included in the booking and is responsible for ensuring that all payments are made in full and on time. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and notify the Tour Operator immediately if any information is incorrect or incomplete. Names must match exactly as stated in the relevant passport. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
All bookings, including tailor-made holidays, require a 30 percent upfront deposit. A confirmation invoice will be sent once all reservations have been made, with full payment required seven days prior to arrival. Payment of the deposit confirms that you accept our booking conditions.
Initial payment is required at the time of booking. The client must pay all bank charges in the case of a bank transfer. No additional postage fees, booking fees, or hidden charges apply. Exchange rates are based on the Central Bank of Sri Lanka at the time of booking and are not subject to change.
All prices quoted by Tripora Travels are in United States Dollars unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds must also be made in United States Dollars. Tripora Travels is not responsible for variations in currency exchange rates that may occur between booking and the time of any refund.
Cancellation fees depend on the tour package booked, including accommodation and transfers. The following terms apply:
Tripora Travels strives to provide flexible and customizable travel experiences. Once an itinerary has been finalized, requests for modifications to group or individual itineraries will be considered. Any additional costs arising from such changes will be clearly communicated prior to implementation.
Tripora Travels makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided is accurate and free from errors or omissions. Any inaccuracies brought to our attention will be corrected promptly. Tripora Travels cannot be held liable for misinformation that could not reasonably have been foreseen or verified at the time of publication. Temporary local circumstances, including emergency maintenance, power outages, or seasonal closures, may make certain facilities unavailable. While Tripora Travels does not accept responsibility for user-generated comments on our website, we reserve the right to moderate content to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
All information provided must be complete, accurate, and truthful. Tripora Travels treats all personal information with the utmost confidentiality and uses it solely to process and secure your booking. We do not engage in unsolicited communications, share mailing lists, or misuse client information in any manner. Tripora Travels employs appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data, including credit card and payment details, and maintains a strict anti-fraud policy.
Check your flight times carefully upon receipt of your tickets. Minor adjustments may be made by the airline after issuing your Travel Voucher, and Tripora Travels is not responsible for these changes. You are solely responsible for informing us of any alterations to flight times. Ensure that travel documents, passports, visas, driving licenses, insurance details, and currencies are in order before travel.
Any special requests, such as dietary requirements, room preferences, or hotel facilities, must be advised at the time of booking and confirmed by email. While every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed. Not meeting a special request does not constitute a breach of contract.
If an itinerary is only partially arranged by Tripora Travels, the company is not liable for performance or failure of any travel components outside its direct responsibility. This includes accommodation-only bookings or independently arranged services such as transport or train reservations.
Clients are responsible for assessing whether a tour is suitable for them. Consultation with a physician is recommended to confirm fitness for travel and participation in planned activities. Vaccinations and medical precautions should be undertaken as advised by your physician. Tripora Travels does not provide medical advice and clients must assess risks and requirements based on their own circumstances, limitations, fitness, and medical needs.
To ensure every guest enjoys their holiday, clients meeting the following criteria are required to complete our Tour Suitability Form. Upgrades, adjustments, or private arrangements may be recommended where necessary.
Clients with pre-existing medical conditions, those requiring regular care, or any circumstances that may affect tour participation must inform Tripora Travels prior to booking. Additional details may be requested by your designated Tour Consultant.
Travelers aged 70 or above at the commencement of a tour may be required to provide a medical certificate confirming fitness to participate.
Pregnancy must be disclosed at the time of booking. Travel may be declined for guests over 24 weeks pregnant or where reasonable adjustments cannot be arranged.
In the event of loss, illness, personal injury, or death during your holiday, Tripora Travels or its appointed representatives will provide support and guidance to the extent reasonably possible.
Tripora Travels is not responsible for the quality, functionality, guarantee, or warranty of products purchased during a tour.
